Seven maintenance methods of SS type nonwoven equipment
SS type nonwoven equipment is the main equipment for manufacturing non-woven fabrics. To improve its working efficiency and prolong its service life, we should do a good job in the maintenance of SS type nonwoven equipment. The specific maintenance steps are as follows:
1.All oil filling points of the equipment shall be regularly filled with oil, lubricating oil, or grease according to the requirements of its components.
2.Check the sealing parts (vulnerable parts) every day and replace them immediately if they are damaged.
3.Check the housing shield every day and replace it immediately if it is damaged.
4.Check the guard plate, blade, impeller, directional sleeve, and distribution wheel of the shot blasting machine twice every shift, and replace them immediately if it is damaged.
5.The electrical system should be checked twice.
6.All transmission parts shall be inspected twice a week.
7.The operator shall check the cleaning effect at any time. In case of any abnormality, stop the machine immediately and conduct an overall inspection of the equipment.
Advantages and characteristics of SS nonwoven fabric
SS non-woven fabric is softer than other non-woven fabric products.
The material used is polypropylene, which accounts for a low proportion of the total. A fluffy feeling is better than cotton, and the touch is close to the skin. SS non-woven fabric is skin-friendly because it is soft and composed of many fine fibers.
All products made of fine fibers have strong air permeability, which can keep the cloth dry and easier to clean. This is a non-irritating, non-toxic product, which meets the requirements of food-grade raw materials. It does not add any chemical substance to the fabric and is harmless to the body.
